Chicken Yakitori on the Hibachi

Ok guys the recipe I used is available below however I made a few subtle changes in which for me have worked so I have kept doing them.

No stock

I added half the spring onions to the marinade and left it and the chicken in the bowl overnight.

Keep the soy sauce to an absolute minimum and I used rice wine vinegar instead of mirin.

 

Couples of minutes on the hibachi in either skewers or on their own and delicious.
