Well if you haven't I have, I use to eat excellent foods across the world and at home and believe in all honesty they were made by some kind of gastronomical genius, not too take anything away from a professional chef but this black duck now after much trial and error prides himself on his cooking.
My true love is Indian / middle eastern styled foods, but the allure of the Asian cuisine is never far away and I also have a soft spot for North American fast foods and German heavy eating super filling not so super foods, the crux share my Journey attempting to cook some of the worlds best foods and share with me you're insight.
